At Gaim Saves, we understand that safety is time-sensitive. We are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely so you can have peace of mind knowing your protection is on the way.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number to monitor delivery.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 5-15 business days – $15 or free for orders over $100.

  • Expedited Shipping: 3-9 business days – $25

  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Additional customs fees or duties may apply.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page by entering your order number and email address.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted countries where medical devices cannot be imported.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur additional shipping fees.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate and assist with a replacement if necessary.
